Tap Dancing Hands

These two are Suzanne Cleary and Peter Harding, dancers. As per two different posts from the comment section of this YouTube video, the music is either: 'Papa Americano' by We No Speak Americano OR 'Pa Panamericano' by Yolanda Be Cool.
